Preparation instructions

For vending and coffee machines, simply fill the granulated milk canister as per your machine's instructions. To make 1 litre of milk manually: add 100g of Milfresh Gold to 930ml of water, stir thoroughly until fully dissolved, refrigerate until ice cold and consume within 24 hours. When adding directly to tea or coffee, allow the drink to cool to around 90°C before stirring in the granules – do not pour boiling water directly over the powder.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal the bag and use within the recommended timeframe. Made-up milk should be refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours.
