Service definitions

If you're in England or Wales (Mainland Only) Standard delivery is completely free if you spend £89 or more.

Working days are Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays)

Standard Delivery:
Your parcel will be dispatched within 3 working days and delivered within 2 working days after that. (Total: 3-5 working days) We’re usually much faster than this!

Faster Delivery:
Your parcel will be dispatched the following working day and delivered within 2 working days after that. (Total: 2-3 working days)

VIP Delivery:
Skip the queue like the VIP you are and choose our premium delivery to have your goods dispatched the same day.

Order before 2pm (Mon-Fri): Dispatched the same day with next working day delivery.

Order after 2pm (Mon-Fri): Dispatched the next working day.
Weekend Orders: Dispatched on Monday.

95% of VIP orders arrive the next working day. We’ll contact you if there are any issues, like an out-of-stock item, and offer a refund or a suitable replacement. While we always dispatch VIP parcels on time, occasional courier delays may occur during busy periods or due to delays at the parcel HUB, which are beyond our control. We do not operate or ship orders on Bank Holidays.

Northern Ireland / Isle of Wight / Isle of Man / Channel Islands

Following BREXIT, it's been harder for us to get our goods into Northern Ireland easily, so we have removed this option at the checkout, however please contact us for a quote!

If you're located in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands please contact us for a delivery quote as it's based on several factors including parcel weights and there is no 'one size fits all' approach.

Please note, we’re unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, and Herm & Sark by default. Please contact us for a quote.

Alternatively you are welcome to have a courier of your choice collect from our distribution centre.

    Check your address carefully

    Make sure your delivery address and postcode are correct. If anything looks wrong on your confirmation, contact us ASAP to update it. If a parcel needs re‑routing to a different APC depot, their charge is usually higher than our standard delivery fee.

    Delivery attempts

    APC will attempt delivery twice. After this you’ll need to collect from your local depot. If the goods are returned to us, you are liable for the full cost of re‑delivery (usually includes a return fee) — regardless of order value.
