If you're in England or Wales (Mainland Only) Standard delivery is completely free if you spend £89 or more.

For clarity on all delivery methods:
Orders received after 2pm are processed the next working day.
Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Working days are Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays)

Standard Delivery:
Your parcel will be dispatched within 3 working days and delivered within 2 working days after that. (Total: 3-5 working days) We’re usually much faster than this!

Faster Delivery:
Your parcel will be dispatched the following working day and delivered within 2 working days after that. (Total: 2-3 working days)

VIP Delivery:
Skip the queue like the VIP you are and choose our premium delivery to have your goods dispatched the same day.

Order before 2pm (Mon-Fri): Dispatched the same day with next working day delivery.
Order after 2pm (Mon-Fri): Dispatched the next working day.
Weekend Orders: Dispatched on Monday.

95% of VIP orders arrive the next working day. We’ll contact you if there are any issues, like an out-of-stock item, and offer a refund or a suitable replacement. While we always dispatch VIP parcels on time, occasional courier delays may occur during busy periods or due to delays at the parcel HUB, which are beyond our control. We do not operate or ship orders on Bank Holidays.

We love our Scottish customers! However, our courier partner does charge slightly different pricing depending on where you are in Scotland. We're sorry about this and are simply passing on the charge!

Our courier partner applies a surcharge to certain areas of Scotland that are harder for them to deliver to. We have no control over this and simply pass on the charge.

Following BREXIT, it's been harder for us to get our goods into Northern Ireland easily, so we have removed this option at the checkout, however please contact us for a quote!

If you're located in Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands please contact us for a delivery quote as it's based on several factors including parcel weights and there is no 'one size fits all' approach.

Please note, we’re unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, and Herm & Sark by default. Please contact us for a quote.

Alternatively you are welcome to have a courier of your choice collect from our distribution centre.

Our dedicated courier partner is APC Overnight. On the morning of your delivery, they'll provide you with a 2-hour time slot, and you'll have the ability to track your order.

Not going to be in? Need a safe place? Please use the APC Choice website to rearrange your delivery date or nominate a safe place. Should you miss your delivery, you'll need to rearrange the delivery using the APC Called website. APC are not allowed to leave goods safe until you have authorised this via. the APC Choice website, this is regardless of instructions provided to us in the order notes.

APC will only attempt delivery of your goods twice. After this they will need to be collected from your local depot. Should the goods be returned back to us you will be liable for the full cost of re-delivery which usually includes a return fee, this is regardless of order value.
