Orders & delivery
How do I place an order?

You can place your order online at www.businessbeverages.co.uk
by adding products to your basket and checking out as normal. If you need any help or would like a bulk quote, start a live chat or contact our team by phone.

Do I need to create an account to checkout?

You don’t need an account to place an order — guest checkout is available. Creating an account simply makes reordering quicker and gives you easy access to invoices and delivery tracking.

Can I amend my order once it’s placed?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, get in touch via live chat or call us on 01773 252789 and we’ll do our best to make changes. Please note that orders are sent straight to our warehouse team and may already be in progress.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Standard UK delivery is quick and great value. Around 98% of orders arrive within 2–5 working days. Larger or pallet deliveries may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated.

Is there a minimum order?

There’s no minimum order. We supply both businesses and the public — whether you’re buying a single case or ordering full pallets.

Payments & security
Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay/Google Pay on compatible devices. Established trade accounts can also pay by bank transfer.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes — invoices are created automatically after purchase and can be found in your My Account area. If you ever need a copy, just ask.

Is payment secure?

Yes — our checkout is protected with industry-standard encryption and uses PCI-compliant payment providers. We never store your full card details on our systems.

Can I apply for a credit account?

Unfortunately we do not offer credit accounts at this time.

Prices, bulk & trade
Do your prices include VAT?

All prices are clearly shown on our product pages, with VAT included where applicable. Many of the items we sell are zero-rated for VAT purposes, and these are marked accordingly.

Can you supply a bulk volume?

Yes — we specialise in wholesale supply, from multi-case orders right up to full pallets. Let us know what you need on live chat and we’ll get a quick quote over to you.

Do you have any discount codes?

Want to be first to hear about our latest deals and special offers? Sign up to our emails and we’ll keep you in the loop.

That said, our main focus is simple: everyday low prices, right here on our website. We don’t rely on gimmicky discount codes to create “fake” savings — our pricing is great value for every customer, all the time.

So there’s no need to hunt around for discount codes or third-party reward schemes — it’s just straightforward pricing, direct from us to you.

Products
Why is a product out of stock?

Sorry if your favourite item is out of stock! We receive deliveries several times a week, so it should be available again soon. In the meantime, you can use our “Notify Me” option — just click the button and we’ll send you an email or SMS as soon as it’s back. If you need a hand, our team is always happy to help via live chat.

Will the product displayed be the exact one I receive?

We do our best to keep product images and details up to date, and you can trust that the item you receive will match the description on the page. However, packaging can occasionally vary as manufacturers refresh designs, run promotions, or supply products in alternative packaging.

If the colour, packaging, or recipe is important to you, please contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to help. Please note that images are for illustration purposes only, and manufacturers may occasionally update ingredients or specifications while keeping the product name the same.

Are your products in stock?

Yes — if you’re able to add an item to your basket, it’s usually in stock and ready to order. Products marked “Out of stock” will either show an expected restock date or give you a “Notify me” option.

Do you offer samples?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer samples. However, many of our products are available to purchase in smaller quantities.

Delivery issues
My parcel is delayed or arrived damaged - what should I do?

Please contact us with your order number and photos (if damaged) within 48 hours so we can put it right quickly.

I received the wrong item / something is missing.

Sorry about that — contact us within 48 hours and we’ll fix it immediately.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email from APC. You'll be able to rearrange the delivery day, request your order to be left in a safe place and receive a 2 hour tracking time slot.

What is your returns policy?

As a consumer you have the legal right 14-day return policy in compliance with UK Distance Selling Regulations. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. All food & drink items are excluded from this policy for safety reasons. Full details in our T&C's

Business?
Orders may not be cancelled at any stage without mutual agreement and written confirmation. Should we accept your cancellation, we will charge a 5% merchant fee to cover the cost of processing your payment. Business customers do not have an automatic right to returns. Returns are at the sole discretion of our team leader andall food and drink products are non returnable unless faulty. This is for safety reasons.

How do I update my address or email?

Log in to My Account to edit your details. If you’ve already placed an order, contact us and we’ll update it if the order hasn’t shipped.

Is your website secure?

Yes — our store uses Shopify’s PCI-compliant checkout with SSL encryption. We never store your full card details.

How do you use my data?

We only use personal data to process your order, support your experience on the site and as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request, update or delete your data at any time.
