Imagine the comforting aroma of smoky goodness with a hint of caramel, a touch of cedar, and that irresistible dark chocolate finish.
It's a strong cuppa, rated a hearty 4.5 out of 5, perfect for sipping from morning till night. This coffee is all about the rich taste, just how you like it.
We're all about giving you top-notch coffee without making you pay through the nose for it. Our House Blend comes straight from the hands of some brilliant roasters in Northern Ireland. These folks really know their beans, and they've helped us create something special without the big price tag. That means more delicious coffee in your cup and more money in your pocket.
This blend is a real crowd-pleaser, and is also perfectly suited to automatic coffee machines or bean-to-cup setups.
We've mixed natural Brazilian Arabica with Vietnamese washed Robusta to hit that sweet spot of quality and affordability. And just because it's easy on the wallet doesn't mean it's any less fabulous.
Why Brazil?
This Brazilian coffee in this blend is sourced directly from the Eldorado farm in the Alto Mogiana region of Brazil. It is dry-processed, meaning the beans are patio-dried while they are still in the cherry. Since the coffees are dried in contact with the sweet mucilage, they add a profile that will be heavy in body, sweet, smooth, and complex.
Why Vietnam?
Vietnam's got every reason to wear its coffee crown with pride. It's not just any crown, mind you, but the one that shines for being the top dog in the robusta coffee game. Picture this: about 70% of all the robusta beans buzzing around the globe come from Vietnam. That's a lot of coffee, and it's not just any coffee – it's the stuff that keeps the supply chain turning at places like Nestlé, making it a bit of a superhero in the coffee supply world. Robusta are cheaper and easier to grow than Arabica, however they have they have double the caffeine of Arabica. We use Robusta in this blend to ensure the coffee packs a robust and strong punch. Robusta also have a more natural and earthy flavour which helps balance our the more natural sweeter, zesty and fruity flavours of the Arabica.
So, here's to our House Blend – no frills, just fantastic coffee.
