Own-label ingredients for hot drinks vending machines

This collection brings together eight own-label vending ingredient lines to sit alongside our own-label coffee beans. It is built for customers replenishing hot drinks machines in offices, staff rooms, hospitality sites and other busy shared areas where ingredients need to be easy to order and straightforward to keep on hand.

The range covers coffee, tea and coffee whitener, skimmed milk powder, and chocolate drink powders. Each product has been developed as a cost-conscious alternative to familiar vending lines, giving you options when reviewing your regular machine ingredient spend.

Vending coffee options

Coffee Select instant vending coffee

Coffee Select is a budget-friendly instant vending coffee and can be used as an alternative to Lyons. It is a sensible choice where you need a dependable instant coffee ingredient for regular machine refills.

Cafe Nueva coffees

The Cafe Nueva range offers three coffee formats as alternatives to larger brands:

• Cafe Nueva Dolce is an alternative to Kenco Smooth or Douwe Egberts Pure Gold.
• Cafe Nueva Intenso is an alternative to Kenco Rich or Nescafe Gold Blend.
• Cafe Nueva Whole Bean is an alternative to Millicano.

Choosing between instant and whole bean ingredients will depend on the format your machine uses and the drinks on its menu. Before changing an ingredient, check your machine's requirements and review the drink recipe or settings if needed.

Whiteners and milk ingredients

For tea and coffee vending, the own-label tea & coffee whitener is supplied in 10 x 1kg packs. This is 33.33% larger than Classic Vendcharm's 10 x 750g format and is positioned as a like-for-like swap at a lower price.

Our Skimmed Milk Powder provides another cost-conscious option and is a substitute for Milfresh and Mayfield. Keeping the right milk-based ingredient available helps maintain a consistent choice of white coffees and teas for machine users.

Vending chocolate powders

There are two own-label chocolate drink choices for machines serving hot chocolate:

• Chocolate Drink is the value-focused option and an alternative to Classic Creemchoc.
• Supa Choc is the more premium chocolate option and can replace branded products, including Le Royal.

Ordering for regular replenishment

When planning your vending supplies, consider the ingredients your machine is currently set up to use, how quickly each drink option is consumed and the storage space available for back-up stock.
